Rebecca Louise Dale – makes her Chycara debut with Special Guest, Michael Reed – piano, for an evening’s dazzling programme of heart-warming melodies written by some of the greatest songwriters of the early 20th Century. Also featuring some of Cornwall’s finest musicians – Sarah McDonagh – tenor sax/clarinet, Zoe Kurnow – double bass.

Praised for her extraordinary vocal talent and engaging presentation, Rebecca will capture your heart and transport you back to a time where the likes of Rogers, Kern, Gershwin and Novello were taking the music scene by storm.

Special Guest, Michael Reed studied at the Royal College of Music and has conducted over 20 West End Musicals including Phantom of the Opera, Barnum, On the Twentieth Century, Aspects of Love, Joseph, Whistle Down the Wind, Mr Cinders, and Singin’ in the Rain, Sunset Boulevard (ENO London Coliseum with Glenwn Close).

He was International Musical Supervisor for many of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musicals and also his 50th Birthday Concert.

Michael has been a guest conductor with most of the leading orchestras in the UK including the Royal Philharmonic and the BBC Concert orchestras.
